Theron has over 25 years of experience across diverse underground development projects within the mining industry.
Theron’s 16 years in a supervisory role has allowed him to develop a strong background in core leadership and management. Theron has honed his expertise in lateral development and production mining, Alimak and timber raising techniques, narrow vein, cut and fill, and stope production, as well as shaft sinking and underground construction.
